Waleed is a former student of Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA where he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. During Covid-19 complications he continued the same degree as a student of the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad.
He has renewed his old interest in content writing to practically apply data-visualization and parsing techniques by being a part of Macro Pakistani's content research team.
