Victoria Kulesza

Victoria Kulesza is an international development analyst at Abt Associates, a research and consulting firm tackling public health and development challenges globally. She has prior experience supporting migration and economic development projects for USAID, the IOM and UNFPA. She holds a Masters in International Business from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
